    Tel 44 0 1643 841123 Duddings Country Cottages Booking Conditions A booking is accepted when you receive written email confirmation If the details on it are not correct then you should contact Duddings immediately If a provisional booking is made by telephone the accommodation will be held for 5 days pending receipt of a completed and signed booking form A deposit and optional cancellation plan payment is payable on booking The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks in advance of the commencement date the full amount is payable on booking If you cancel your booking you must notify us immediately in writing If you have not paid the cancellation plan payment your deposit is forfeited We will attempt to re let the cottage but if this is not possible the hirer will remain responsible for the balance of the hire For short break holidays the same booking conditions apply but in the event of a short notice booking without time for postal confirmation or clearance of cheques full payment must be made by bank transfer or in cash before the keys are issued Your cottage will be available from 3 00pm on the date of arrival and should be vacated by 10 00am on the day of departure The number of people occupying the cottage must not exceed the number booked The owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed We hope that Duddings will provide a peaceful and relaxing holiday The owners reserve the right to decline accommodation to or expel any occupier or visitor for conduct which in the owners opinion is detrimental to the property or the comfort of other guests The owners reserves
