    under the project Responsible for the writing and or provision of technical descriptions for associated ISP OSP installations for inclusion into the project data pack e g Site Hand Books System Design Document etc Maintain a daily record of task progress and activities readily available for inspection Ensure all relevant H S and design standards are met at all times CONTACT WITH OTHERS Internal External Meetings The post holder will be expected to uphold effective Engineering relationships with a wide stakeholder group including Site Lead Engineer Collaborative working relationship Installation Design Engineer Team Lead Functional reporting line Other regional Installation Design Engineers Configuration Engineering Construction Engineering Regional OM T as required UK MOD regional Liaison Officers as required SANGCOM Customer 1 MofNG Engineers as required Customer 2 JUDGEMENT DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY Specific Responsibilities Make on site decisions regarding proposed low impact design changes High impact design changes must be escalated to the core team via the Site Lead Engineer RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION Knowledge Experience ESSENTIAL Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent experience in Telecommunications Engineering Minimum of 5 years experience in cable OSP ISP systems IP networks installation perspective Good level of English Spoken and written Good communication skills ideas problems risks etc Proactive team player with a high level of flexibility associated to tasks assigned and working hours to meet challenging project timescales PC literate MS Word Visio DESIRABLE Experience of managing coordinating installation design or turnkey projects Experience in delivery of communications services Experience of living or working in the Middle East As this role is based in Saudi Arabia candidates must meet all of the minimum qualifications as they are not bound by UK or EU Laws also only individuals up to the age of 55 will be considered for any of these roles Please note these roles

    Naval Overseas Project Management renewable energy Sales Senior Appointments Security Training Testimonial As the newly appointed Head of UK Operations one of my first tasks was to find a replacement Duty Manager for the Heathrow operation I looked no further than JC at exmil He arranged a visit so that he could fully understand our needs and requirements and when satisfied posted the vacancy on his website Again the response was exceptional but this time there was an added pressure upon JC as we needed the new person in place yesterday Throughout the application phase JC kept us fully informed on the numbers and calibre of people applying and again we asked him to produce a short list of 15 candidates The interviews took place and from the perspective of an employer sitting this time on the other side of the desk it was extremely difficult to make a choice such was the extremely high standards of all the applicants Eventually the selection was made and again the new team member has proved himself to be excellent and Unitpool s success on this project is second to none I am obviously biased towards the skill sets and characteristics of ex
