  • JD's Auto Speed Tester • Must log in as Admin to install JDAST
program files JDAST folder from another computer where you have it installed already and paste that folder and its content into your limited privileges computer so its in the same place ie program files JDAST or Program Files x86 JDAST i suspect it should work I would have to check the code to be 100 sure but is worth a try cheers Re Must log in as Admin to install JDAST Posted Tue Jan 01 2013 6 31 pm by RobDob I have had this same problem It appears that if you try and install as a domain based user who is a local administrator you get this message and cannot install I managed to install it by using the local machine administrator account you can either login as that or run the command prompt as that user and install Re Must log in as Admin to install JDAST Posted Sat Jan 05 2013 6 58 pm by jackdinn yea i think its the installer iv had to set it to require admin because i believe i had problems with the auto update not being allowed to replace the programfiles jdast files on a limited account Cant quite remember if it was just since the silent update i introduced or it was always a problem with the update procedure but whichever way there always seems to be a problem with a small of setups However your right if you can just get in installed on an admin account somewhere and move the JDAST folder to where you want it maybe even make your account admin just to install it then put it back again it should work although i doubt it will update properly even though it may say it has updated fun and game xD Re Must log in
