    vehicles in Tents fields Campervans Around 100m from the Arenas on flat and level ground Close to the car parks Water and Toilets close by No tents in Campervan field GLAMPING INFO In previous years many of you have expressed an interest in the option of arriving to a ready made caravan tent yurt or shack so for 2015 we have two suppliers of beautiful yurts Joe s Yurts and Green Yurts You will need to pay for your tickets vehicle passes and early arrivals in the normal way GLAMPING Joe s Yurts offer two sizes the first being a single Luxury 16ft yurt furnished Joe is not yet taking bookings email to express an interest This beautifully crafted yurt made from ash and oak comes with a double futon sofa bed which includes two pillows sheet and two blankets You may bring additional bedding and mattresses if you hoose There is no limit on the number it can sleep as long as the yurt is used respectfully There is a round brass sink with waste water containers so no need to step outsidue for your washing needs also a table and four chairs There is a further side table

    nature is bigger than us and that community is important Around this time great people formed the East Albion Arts Trust and across many years put together a splendid set of shows and events under the umbralla name the Albion Fairs at Rougham Bungay Barsham and more Lots of people got involved and made the gatherings happen and they were great They showed huge amounts of colour wonder creativity and community and that never really went away Later the Albion Fairs became victim to their own success but by then the idea that we could work together towards such great things was firmly established The kids area at Glastonbury Festival projects like the Albion Kids Show in London and Wierd Wonderful Wood in Suffolk are all projects that share these roots Some of those who d been part of these Albion Fairs kept travelling and exploring and this brings us to the modern day The UK the festival scene had largely moved to the South West In East Anglia there was a notable lack of interesting faily events For a lot of us a huge stack of speakers and plenty of loud music running til dawn just didn t hit those switches There s so much more fun that can be had and really it s about people There s a certain magic at small events that does not seem able to survive the larger events In 2008 Green Man Fayre was born as a gathering for us And it was lovely so after we d recovered from the not inconsiderable effort we created Harlequin Fayre Since then it s grown a bit but we keep it small out of choice just allowing in enough people to really make it work well It s certainly filled out and now we

    drink sales Any treatments please submit certificates and insurance to Healing Area No sales permitted Alternative Highs Fireworks or Sky Lanterns Knives etc any mass produced imported plastic goods as well as other items obviously beyond the remit of Harlequin Fayre If in doubt please ask ARRIVAL Generally Tuesday or Wednesday Gates are open from 9am to 6pm during build up Mornings are best Please try and arrive before 4pm after this it can all get pretty hectic If arriving after 6pm you will be parked up at the gate for the night and sited the following day SITING All pitches will have been allocated by the time you arrive Please set up as quickly as possible and do not ingress on to your neighbour s pitch beyond the peg line or across access fire lanes SIGNING OFF Field Arenas Thursday 11am Woodland Thursday 6pm We need to sign the site off before allowing public into the Arenas For this all structures must be up guy ropes marked pegs wrapped with soft material electrics installed perimeter gaps filled and vehicle movements must be complete You may work inside your stall after this time Failure to meet this deadline will result in you and all of your neighbours not being able to open to trade until the site is signed off STALL SIZE When working out Pitch Size remember to include guy ropes and all other ground used ie for van parked behind For pitches without a vehicle behind Barrow caterer 4x4m trader your vehicles will be parked in Car Park B Pitch size can not be increased on the day Additional Tickets including Children can be bought at the same time as you book your pitch let us knw what you need Everybody at the event will need a ticket
