    Development Recognising best practice Accreditation AA College Rosette Accreditation Find an accredited provider Benefits pricing Application process Accreditation criteria AA College Rosette Centres of Excellence Quality Mark Quality Mark criteria Quality Marked programmes Benefits pricing Application process People 1st partnership with AA Hotel Services on accreditation As part of the Accreditation Scheme People 1st has partnered with AA Hotel Services to carry out assessment visits To support these visits AA Hotel Services is providing an inspector who will tour the facilities inspect the college restaurant and speak to learners about their experience The Hospitality Guild has also worked with AA Hotel Services to develop a rosette system which will recognise college restaurants for the quality of the food produced and the level of service delivered The AA College Rosette Scheme has been designed to reflect current industry trends within the college realistic working environment The AA College Rosette Scheme will form two levels of Award with an additional AA recognised level for those colleges who are working towards their goals of a higher award but have received an inspection The process mirrors the current industry recognition and relates in principle to the AA s 1 Rosette award at the award level whilst the second tier will be showing elements of a higher Rosette level Additional Service Hospitality and Kitchen management form a basis of this newly created award Find AA College Rosette restaurants AA Hotel Services Building partnerships with further education and industry The AA College Rosette scheme Entry Level AA Recognised Establishments will have a clear and recognised commitment to students and the industry The restaurant will have had an inspection as part of the programme however requires greater strength and confidence before an award can be given The restaurant will be working towards either the level 1 or
