    the financial services reclaim sector Customers come to us for help in reclaiming charges for mis sold products such as PPI Packaged Bank Accounts etc We do not cold call our Clients approach us for help where they may not have the time or confidence to make the claim themselves having seen our TV campaigns or our Web advertising The Collections Team contact the Clients when an offer of payment of redress has been made and collect the amount due to us for the services provided The role has a commission element where the more you collect the more you can earn Duties Responsibilities Telephone collections primarily using an automated dialler system with some aspects of case management Ensure cases are worked in line with requirements of regulatory bodies and current legislation CMR and DPA etc Process payments over the phone If required objection handling to establish reasons for none or late payment and turn the clients around into payers Negotiation with clients to resolve and recover on going bad debts Manage and escalate complaints appropriately to ensure resolution is prompt and the customer experience is maintained Skills required Ideally experienced in telephone collections or with a strong customer service background Good level of collections and credit control experience Strong negotiation and communications skills written and verbal Good quality data entry and typing skills Experience of working towards and meeting deadlines Analytical skills and a keen eye for detail This is full time permanent role Hours of work will be based on a rotating shift pattern of 8 30am 5pm and 10 30am 7pm Monday to Friday The business will also be open 9am 12 45pm on Saturdays and you would be expected to work one Saturday shift per month Company Benefits Basic salary of 16k to 18k per annum
