    a case by case basis Goods may be returned for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receipt Please get in touch with me first before sending any orders back to the Milomade studio If the product has not been returned in fully re sellable condition I reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20 of the original selling price from the refund amount It is imperative therefore to use adequate packaging to protect your returned goods during transit and always aquire proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost whilst being returned to the Milomade studio Until the item reaches the Milomade studio it remains your responsibility and I suggest you use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items you are sending Please note that shipping handling fees are non refundable and I am not responsible for cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect If this should occur or if you are at all unsatisfied with your order please contact me within 7 days of purchase to discuss the matter I will do my best to resolve any problem quickly Any goods which have been specially commissioned customised or personalised to order cannot be returned When returning an item please include a copy of the invoice or receipt for reference Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser If you are exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned you will be refunded the difference If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required and an invoice

    the Ring Size Chart Make sure you print the document at 100 making sure that any page scaling is set to None within your printer settings I ve added a scale to the document that when printed at 100 should measure 2inch and 50mm Check the measurements in the diagram with a ruler to make sure they are correct Once that s done you can choose any of the methods listed in the document todetermine your ring size Your ring should fit your finger comfortably It should be a snug fit that is not too loose to fall off but loose enough to slide over your knuckle easily When measuring your finger to determine your ring size please bear in mind that finger sizes change depending on certain factors Temperature humidity and excercise can all temporarily alter your finger size Don t measure your fingers after showering or being outdoors in cold weather For the best fit measure your fingers at normal room temperature towards the end of the day If you have prominant finger joints then please take these into account when taking your measurements For women please bear in mind that your menstrual cycle can also affect your
