    it Well the closest I can get to for a business is that it is similar to an action short of dismissal which means that the employer felt that the employee s action warranted dismissal however there was a mitigating reason why they choose not to take the ultimate sanction I don t think the FIFA have the power to dismiss a footballer so their ultimate sanction is to ban them from playing So is four months the right term that is a matter for debate I believe that he should have received a lengthy ban from playing international football but I do not think that the ban should include playing for Liverpool that is not just because I support them He was playing for Uruguay at the time they along with Suarez should be held to account as he has a reputation for doing this Liverpool have worked closely with him to manage his behaviour however when not under their wing he has reverted to his old ways Something that his international colleagues did not appear to find offensive Also whilst Suarez will be gutted to be out of the World Cup which I do support what happens when he returns to Liverpool If the suspension is upheld or not even challenged will he still get paid as I do believe that is wrong That would be like making Liverpool pay twice for his behaviour whilst playing for his country I also think it is right that a lot of the organisations who use him to endorse their products are considering their options as he is definitely not a role model whilst he cannot control this particular emotional reaction I think that Suarez has let a lot of people down by his actions I would have loved to have

    continued with I am also extremely busy and frankly do not have time to handle complaints which given that the programme was offered on a complimentary basis are in my opinion unreasonable particularly when the individuals involved have not contributed in any way Now I totally admit that I had only contributed to the initial request to introduce yourself but there were reasons for that I was in the process of trying to get back on track hence wanting to get the downloads I had no intention of not participating fully Apart from totally infuriating me this email made me re visit the EMCC Competency Framework that details the competencies for a Coach to try to establish how many of these the provided of the on line programme had adhered to or not as the case may be Looking at the competences I believe that the coach needs to work on the following areas Understanding Self demonstrating awareness of own values beliefs and behaviours recognises how these affect their practice and uses this self awareness to manage their effectiveness in meeting the client s needs I can understand that they were having a difficult time but as the client that it something I should not be aawre of Building the Relationship skilfully builds and maintains an effective relationship with the client nope that relationship is well truly dead Enabling Insight and Learning works with the client to bring about insight and learning I gained an insight but it wasn t a good one Outcome and Action Orientation demonstrate approach and use the skills in supporting the client to make desired changes well I left the programme maybe that was the desired effect as my husband did wonder why I was getting involved in NLP again after what happened the first
