    to Tenerife we stayed at the Crown Plaza at Liverpool Airport whilst I had a poor night s sleep due to a bed that was past its best the service was exceptional from the moment we arrived they did it in the way that only Liverpudlians Scousers can with personality humour The other thing that amazed me was that all the staff were local so as a HR professional that got me to wondering how do they manage that I don t think that it is a corporate approach as I have not had the same experience in other hotels within the group so surely it must be down to the local management team they must know how to spot and train the right people I am going to have to make contact with them to explore this further Recruiting the right people for your organisation is an art however managing to train them still allow their personality to come through is a master stroke I have always been a believer in recruit for attitude train for skills however I now think it is more than just attitude it is about encouraging individualism within a corporate brand Hopefully I will get the opportunity to find out the secrets of success for this particular hotel be able to update you in a follow up blog In the meantime I would love to hear about your experiences of amazing or unique customer service Tweet Comments 1 cuisinart convection breadmaker 11 October 2015 at 16 29 I entirely understand everything you have said In fact I looked through your many other posts and I think you happen to be definitely right Excellent job with this site reply Leave a comment You are commenting as guest Latest News New Regulations Zero Hours Contracts Current
