    market we put this down to tenants staying longer and not moving as often primarily due to the costs and also wanting to save for deposits for their first home purchases Bristol still remains a very popular place to live work and have fun and Clifton has survived the tough times with some funky new independent businesses now opening their doors The residents parking scheme has settled although in our view there are still areas that need tweaking which hope the mayor and local authorities will look at this year We had an exciting time sponsoring Bristol Zoo animatronic Bugs and our grass hopper took pride of place within the park grounds Whilst we have always carried out various charity works in the past for Help For Heroes Easton Community centre and homeless people in Bristol including supporting food banks this year through social media my daughter Olivia heard of a young 17 year old event rider called Hannah Francis who had been diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer and unfortunately for her it had decided to attach itself to her hips pelvis and spine which has made treatment a lot more difficult She initially set a target of 800 for a better wig for Hannah Over the course of the year Property Concept has supported her in her quest to help Hannah and her chosen Cancer charities designing wrist bands and building a website where people can read Hannah s blog and buy the bands This has grown out of all proportion with bands being shipped all over the world and famous riders taking selfies of themselves wearing them at famous events Various fund raising events have followed with the support of Hannah s friends and amazing family With chocolates Xmas wreaths and gorgeous onesies available to
