    is an achievement to be proud of Day 1 starts at sea level in Llanfairfechan We begin by ascending through neat pastures before continuing onto the rugged Carneddau Range In all we will take in seven 3 000 foot peaks a long day of over 20km but immensely rewarding and should the weather be kind one of spectacular mountain views Peaks Foel fras Garnedd Uchaf Foel Grach Carnedd Llewelyn Yr Elen Carnedd Dafydd Pen yr Ole Wen Day 2 is a slightly more leisurely affair but still no push over The Glyderau Range packs five of the 3 000 foot peaks including the mighty and beautiful Tryfan with the famous summit challenge of jumping between the twin monoliths Adam and Eve Peaks Tryfan Glyder Fach Glyder Fawr Y Garn Elidir Fawr Our third day traverses the Snowdon Horseshoe via Crib Goch and its knife edge ridge Finally we reach Snowdon itself at 3 560 feet the last 3 000 foot peak a fitting finale and reward Peaks Crib Goch Crib y Ddysgl Snowdon Some previous hill walking experience is necessary for the Welsh 3 000s and you should be confident of being able to cover 45km over the 3 days

    approx 400 people per annum completing the trail it offers the opportunity to experience Greenland at its very best Over the course of its 165km the trail weaves its way through magnificent terrain between Kangerlussuaq near the inland icecap and the coastal town of Sisimiut Making the most of the short Arctic summer arctic plants abound to produce a stunning backdrop of ever changing colour and variety As well as the stunning vistas there are opportunities to spot wildlife including Arctic hare and fox caribou muskox and birds of prey Trekking food can be supplemented on the trail with wild berries and fish in particular the Arctic char which can easily be caught from rivers using simple line and spinners Arctic Circle Trail Guided Traverse 2017 Snowdonia Climbing will be offering a single guided traverse of the Arctic Circle Trail in 2017 between Wednesday 23rd August and Monday 4th September These dates represent dates of departure from and arrival back into Copenhagen Denmark Whilst the trail itself is not overly arduous prospective clients must be certain that they will be comfortable walking with a rucksack that weighs 20Kg 45lbs Daily trekking distances will vary between 11 and 22km Accommodation on
