    think that an easy project for a baby is this blanket I knitted found on my blog Not only will this keep you practicing but you can knit it on the move even on bus Its just made up of many knitted squares which are easy to knit up in garter stitch This blanket is also an ideal project to knit up for an adult too You determine the size depending on how many squares you knit I highly recommend that anything you knit especially for babies should be machine washable so check out the washing instructions on the yarn label before you purchase Can you recommend some other beginner and intermediate knitting projects Yep I sure can there is a post on my blog covering exactly this Check it out here I would like to dye my own wool how do I do this Firstly make sure that your un dyed wool is 100 wool and then read our blog for a tutorial on this Apart from shop bought dyes you can also use natural dyes such as onion skins and even Kool Aid dyes wool Where do you recommend I buy wool I recommend your local yarn store or haberdashery before going online if you are a beginner This is so you start to get an idea of the yarn you like different textures and weights and different brands Online there are a few websites I recommend are Black Sheep Wools and Deramores I have ordered from both and I like their selection and customer service Please note I am not affiliated with either organisation and in no way will you clicking on the link generate any income to Tea Crafting This is based on my personal experience and they are our recommend online sites in our workshops

  • Cake Decorating Hen Party
