    sign you in and provide you with a name badge You will meet the group and be introduced for some initial informal networking Magic Minute After registration events begin with Magic Minutes This gives you the opportunity to introduce your organisation to the room communicating your key points of difference your endeavours what you are looking to achieve and who you would like to meet at the event We recommend you conclude your Magic Minutes with a Business Ask which is your chance to make a request to the group for any contacts introductions referrals knowledge information or suppliers anything that would be helpful to your organisation Speaker Presentations We then invite our speakers to do a short talk followed by Q A This is when the group dynamic really develops and more often than not a stimulating debate and dialogue ensues Contributions Thrive meetings always finish with Contributions where delegates indicate who they wish to follow up with and want to meet again Coffee Tea Informal Networking The meeting is then officially concluded but everyone is invited to stay and network as long as they like Delegate List Thrive members are emailed a list of attending companies before every

    time after the 12 month commitment has been honored therefore the minimum term of membership is 15 months 6 Resignations must be made in writing and each membership is treated separately in the case of multiple memberships running concurrently If resignation is not given in writing the fees for that membership will continue on a month by month basis until the membership is resigned in writing 7 Memberships may be transferred to other clubs at any time although a transfer charge will be applied 8 Membership is corporate in all instances and belongs to the named company that pays the membership fee Any member of staff from that company may attend the Thrive meetings to represent that company in the Thrive Club to which that company has membership 9 Fees for events are non returnable or refundable in the event of cancellation 10 Thrive reserves the right not to renew membership 11 Members may invite visitors in any business category to Thrive Public Meetings All visits must be booked and paid for in advance via the website or the Thrive office 12 Each signatory to these Rules hereby agrees to observe the codes of conduct in respect of the date
