  • How To Get Perfect Corner Joints on a White Frame
basket Home Blog News How To Get Perfect Corner Joints on a White Frame How To Get Perfect Corner Joints on a White Frame This entry was posted on May 7 2014 by Mark Short Answer Buy them from us Seriously though the recent upward trend in white frames means more and more people are choosing to have white frames on their walls and around the home The problem with white frames is the joints in the corners we cut a lot of white frames and whilst we do consider our joins some of the best we see you can never get them completely perfect The gaps in white frames are always the same as with any other frame it just stands out so much more with a white frame than it does on any other colour This is what we do for our bespoke framing customers to ensure their frames are perfect Try it yourself on ready made frames it works a treat Step 1 This is how most white frames look or worse Notice the tiny hairline gap visible on the mitred join Step 2 Using a paper towel or old cloth apply a little Liming Wax to fill in the crack when the two mitred pieces meet You only need a little you are effectively applying a little bit of filler into the join Don t worry too much about excess at the moment Step 3 Using a paper towel apply a little bit of either white spirit or lighter fluid we use lighter fluid a lot around the workshop it s great for cleaning and gently rub off the excess liming wax from the front of the frame The lighter fluid white spirit evaporates very quickly leaving you a perfectly joined clean white corner Voila Perfect mitred corner joints on a white frame This entry was posted in News on May 7 2014 by Mark Previous Post Next Post Leave a Reply Name Email Website Comment Leave a comment Please wait Search Search Recent Posts New Artist Nolan Stacey New Website Multi Aperture Frames How To Get Perfect Corner Joints on a White Frame Recent Comments Mark Johnson on Multi Aperture Frames Lauren Millgate on Multi Aperture Frames Jo on What do you think Jill on What do you think Michael on What do you think Archives April 2016 October 2014 July 2014 May 2014 April 2014 August 2013 July 2013 June 2013 May 2013 February 2013 January 2013 September 2012 August 2012 July 2012 May 2012 March 2012 February 2012 January 2012 December 2011 November 2011 October 2011 September 2011 August 2011 July 2011 June 2011 May 2011 April 2011 March 2011 February 2011 January 2011 December 2010 November 2010 October 2010 September 2010 August 2010 July 2010 Categories Articles Facebook Wall News Uncategorized Meta Entries RSS WordPress org Magento Magento WordPress Integration Magento Extensions Compare Products 34 Remove This Item Silver Plated Photo Frame 7 x 5 Remove This Item 16 x 12 1

  • De-cluttering: Clearing out a Room
for the rest of the day You will feel relaxed and calm with a de cluttered room what is referred to as a state of Zen De cluttering your room is a great time saver It is said that human beings spend an equivalent of 16 weeks each year searching for things The less the stuff you have in the room the less the time you will require to clean it Things can get really nasty such as when you have an important meeting and you cannot find the keys to your car You will be more focused when you de clutter the rooms in your house A cluttered room often leads to a cluttered mind which kills creativity and makes such tasks as reading or writing unattractive Clutter also encourages procrastination De cluttering is important because it means insects mice and other vermin will have fewer places to hide It is easier to clean a de cluttered room meaning improved IAQ indoor air quality and consequently reduced allergies Clearing out a Room Important Tips You should always have protective gear on when clearing out a room to prevent injury and breathing in allergens Concentrate on one place at a time This is called The Kaizen method You are likely to get tired if you think of all the other areas that you have to de clutter You could also schedule a de clutter day and involve all members of the family Give away what you do not need at the moment You could give to relatives or friends hold a garage sale or give to charity Something may seem important but consider the last time you used it and get rid of it if more than six months have passed Once you get into a room convert the middle into your working space and then start with one side of the room working towards the other Clean the storage spaces before putting back what you are going to keep Do not forget to arrange your CDs DVDs and it would a great opportunity to arrange loose photographs in albums or purchase cheap photo frames which means you will get to display those precious photographic memories that were resigned to a drawer until now Consider hiring a professional company junk mover if you have a lot of clutter This entry was posted in Articles on July 30 2013 by Mark Previous Post Next Post Leave a Reply Name Email Website Comment Leave a comment Please wait Search Search Recent Posts New Artist Nolan Stacey New Website Multi Aperture Frames How To Get Perfect Corner Joints on a White Frame Recent Comments Mark Johnson on Multi Aperture Frames Lauren Millgate on Multi Aperture Frames Jo on What do you think Jill on What do you think Michael on What do you think Archives April 2016 October 2014 July 2014 May 2014 April 2014 August 2013 July 2013 June 2013 May 2013 February 2013 January 2013 September 2012 August 2012 July 2012
