  • Wienerberger - Video: Sandtoft Multiversal installation video guide
Wienerberger s popular Sandtoft Multiversal ridge and hip system Multiversal is a low cost easy and quick to install system providing a secure and mortar free fix solution at ridge and hip The system is suitable for all flat and profile tiles and all slates and can be used with most common ridge and hip tiles The unique feature of Multiversal is the ridge union unlike other universal systems Multiversal uses a rigid union rather than the more traditional type that the roofer has to bend to fit the shape of the ridge tile The rigid union makes Multiversal very fast to install and is shaped to fit into most common ridge profiles such as angle half round segmental legged angle and even ridges with a round underside shape and angled top shape To accommodate as wide a range of ridge shapes as possible the union has break off sections which can be either retained or discarded to give the best fit with the particular ridge All required components for use at the ridge are supplied in a single box with sufficient components for 5 metres of ridge In addition with the addition of hip trays and clips supplied separately
